 Essential requirements are:  

• Teach YouthBuild participants (ages 16-24) constructions skills which could include: rehabilitation, demolition, rough framing, roofing, drywall, and/or finish carpentry.
• Attend and complete the instructor programs under YouthBuild USA that give the ability to certify YouthBuild Members in NCCER Construction Curricula.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Construction Management, Construction Technology or Structural Engineering (preferred) or possession of a related license or certifications such as General Contractor's (required)
• 5 years Supervisory experience in construction related activities.

This position is covered under Section 3 of the HUD act of 1968; HUD recipients and Section residents are encouraged to apply. Competitive salaries with full benefits. Work schedule is 40 hours per week. Criminal background check, Drug testing and Valid Georgia Driver's license required.
