PUBLIC NOTICE

The Albany Housing Authority is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following:

Internal/External Painting

RFP packets may be picked up at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31701 beginning November 7, 2022, or requested via e-mail to Sharon Tarver-Evans, Executive Administrator at sevans@albanyha.com.  Original responses must be delivered (and sealed) by November 21, 2022, to Sharon Evans, at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31702 with the titled subject of either of the proposals above.  Documents must be in a clear, legible, 12-point, 8.5 by 11-inch format.

Respondents are advised to adhere to the submittal requirements. Failure to comply with the instructions of this RFP will be cause for rejection of submittals.  Questions regarding the RFP proposals should be submitted via email to sevans@albanyha.com or call 229-434-4500, ext. 1001
